A statement of solidarity with the brave parliamentarian and civil activist in human rights and the protection of civil liberties, Mr. Ahmed Saif Hashid, in the face of the threats he faces from influential elements in the Houthi authority in Sana’a
The courageous civil activist and parliamentarian, member of the Freedoms Committee in the House of Representatives, Professor Ahmed Seif Hashid, wrote a post in which he spoke about a threat he received from an influential person in the Sana’a authority, where Professor Ahmed Seif Hashid said:
Is it possible that the head of the security and intelligence services personally threatens me?
Why?!
Is the threat because of the outstanding students, given that the Security and Intelligence Service is in charge of the security checks on the students of the Judicial Institute?
Or because of the most important, which is the system of smuggling calls made from the building of the device
Or do you want to liquidate me tomorrow, because I am scheduled to visit one of the prisons affiliated with the apparatus, and therefore they say frictions occurred between you and me from the day before..or there is a ready-made scenario that will be implemented
Or because of what I publish every day about violations, corruption, etc.
Or all of those reasons.
