The statesman.. authority, government and influential people..and replacement!

(1)

 I refuse occupation.

I also refuse to reconcile with the corruption with which you want us to coexist with acceptance and harmony.

I refuse to violate the rights and freedoms of citizens, waste their dignity, humiliate them, violate their rights, seize their salaries, and subsist on their daily food and tiring lives.

If you are fighting your war for me, you are part of me.

And if you are fighting your war for your king, or for more of the spoils of a homeland that is torn and bleeding, I will definitely not be with you.

I choose you first, and it seems that you have chosen, and you have been decided for many years..

 (2)

When you tell them the truth, they accuse you of harsh…

They defecate from their mouths and fall into stench.

Their mouths turn into overflowing swamps, mud and sewage-like sewers.

They think they are detracting from you, while the truth is detracting from themselves.

They become some of their dirt, and you are one of them.

They think that they are getting from you, while the truth is they are getting from themselves until they lose everything and are nothing but pure rot, stench and dirt..

 (3)

When you strip their regions, they accuse you of being territorial!!

When you strip their sect, they accuse you of sectarianism!!

When you expose their corruption, they accuse you of supporting the aggression!!

This is the approach of the regionalists, sectarians and corrupt.

“She threw her start at me and slipped away.”

In Amman, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muhammad Abd al-Salam

And in Sana’a, Hussein Al-Ezzi, outside

 Both are from Saada

Officially, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Salvation Government, Hisham Sharaf, from the sons of Aden, whose ministry’s accreditation was reduced during his tenure in the ministry from 15 million per month to 3 million riyals

 Yemen is bigger

Powers of trust, loyalty, affiliation and preservation

 Measure it..

There are influential people in the authority of Sana’a, not the authority of the government and institutions, and the constitution and the law do not work here in something called jurisdiction, but here there are other considerations that determine the amount of authority..

 (5)

Form a government and call it the rescue and did not even save the salary of an employee in it!!

A negotiating delegation was formed and you do not know its formation as your Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and more than it you do not know what is happening at the level of negotiations, but perhaps it is the last to know..!!

The formation of a negotiating delegation has nothing to do with your foreign affairs, but rather from people who are not even employees of it…

Then she talks about partnership, the state, institutions, the constitution, the law, and the commitment to responsibilities.

How do you want me to believe you?!!

 (6)

A statesman does not accept power without a budget or spending plan.

He does not accept a government that is ruled by influential people outside it.

The statesman imposes transparency, does not confiscate it, and identifies with others.

The statesman does not accept corruption, violations, and the violation of the rights and freedoms of his citizens.

He does not abandon his responsibility before his people, and throw it at others..

It does not cut the salaries on which the employees live and does not shirk responsibility towards them.

A statesman does not transform service ministries into ministries of revenue and collection.

A statesman does not burden his people with levies for a thousand occasions that perpetuate sectarianism, dismemberment, and finish off a nation that seeks help.

 (7)

A statesman does not destroy consciousness, does not assassinate a ray of light, does not erode education, and does not confiscate the future for the benefit of a group or party.

The statesman does not waste citizenship, replacing it with small sects, some of which date back to before the state, or take us jogging back to the darkness of the past and the medieval era..

A statesman does not intend to exclude the superior and replace them with repeaters and losers, nor does he turn the homeland into a spoil of war, nor does he act with discrimination and racism.

The Minister of Local Administration in the Sana’a government accuses the Ministry of Finance and the Economic Committee of not complying with its recommendations of the House of Representatives, including a deduction of five riyals for each liter of oil derivatives (petroleum and diesel) allocated to the Ministry of Local Administration in accordance with the local authority law..

The question is, where do the five discounted riyals go, whose sum is estimated at billions?!

They took zakat from the local councils, formed a special body for it, and made its subordination to the so-called “Presidency of the Republic.” .

How can we trust them and their promises, recommendations and laws?!!

Thus, local councils are targeted, and what is left of popular legitimacy to be replaced by stubborn forms

 (9)

The Sana’a House of Representatives had previously recommended the government to provide raw materials for vocational training centers in vocational institutes. However, the Ministry of Finance, supported by the presidency and the Economic Committee, responded through its minister by saying:

“We do not have revenues to cover this need.”

 Where is the partnership?!

The “Al-Ansar” partnership is not about money..!!

Does the partnership work to spoil the success of the partner?!

Does partnership lead to failure of the partner?!

 Probably..!!

What did the government offer to this ministry, which came from the share of the “partner” in Sana’a?!!

 (10)

The Ministry of Higher Education said in the words of its minister, Sheikh Hazeb:

The ministry, based on the council’s recommendation, directed a circular to universities to replace the interrupted and dismissed ones, and the universities carried out the treatments with the new recruitment instead of them.

The council and the government want higher education by teachers without giving them their right to salaries.

They want higher education from university professors without salaries..!!

Did I not tell you that they are not ashamed?!

They want university professors as forced labor or slaves, or even without them.

They want teachers who neither eat nor drink!!

They want servants from the elves?!

Rather, they want to annihilate, replace and replace experience, knowledge and academic professorship in order to bring their massive, unqualified army to replace them..

What reduces the gravity of the minister’s visit to his deputy, whose name is from “Sharaf al-Din” Nassib, for whom I once attended an argumentative speech, which frightened me and drove me out of the hall in panic, as he spoke neither of parties, nor of pluralism, nor of sects, and demanding that everyone be “Ansar… God.” and Quranic path.

 They are not ashamed!!

 Sanaa government finance minister says:

This year, at the request of the Ministry, an amount of two billion riyals was transferred to print the textbook, but the printing plan was not delivered to the Ministry of Finance.

Every year two billion to print the textbook until the completion of the modernization of the syllabus, while the teachers have no salaries except what is less than a charity of thirty thousand riyals. It is not enough for the teacher to eat one meal per day..

“If you are not ashamed, do whatever you want.”

 Sana’a Finance Minister says:

We held a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Education based on the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council, and as a result of this meeting, a final settlement report was made for all the indebtedness to the Ministry of Finance for the previous years and the payment of two billion riyals of the debt, where the Printing Press is a government institution subject to supervision by the Ministry of Finance Like the rest of the other government institutions, and therefore we exercised our supervisory role and it became clear to us that there are sums that should reduce this debt and we have reduced it.

The Minister of Education within the government was supposed to attend the session of the House of Representatives in Sana’a, and it seems that there are reasons that hindered his attendance, perhaps the most important of which is the spread of transparency that the minister spoke about in the parliament hall in a bad reality and opaque authority.

According to my very limited knowledge of the Minister, I can say that he is honest, transparent and frank to a large extent, and he is not good at deception in the corridors and basements of politics and prevarication, and perhaps these qualities are one of the most important causes of his current troubles, even though he carries the “ideology of the House of the House”, and does not hide or conceal his positions on it, biased openly, perhaps blatantly.

The words of the Minister of Finance came in the absence of the Minister of Education in Sana’a, which is likely to be coordinated and even very imposed, especially with regard to the Minister of Education, who is likely to be excluded from attendance.

The Minister of Finance said: A final clearance report has been made for all the indebtedness to the Ministry of Finance for the previous years, meaning or supposed to be done after oversight, not before. For the minister’s previous positions regarding organizations and humanitarian aid and the corruption that occurs in them, and for what the Minister of Education revealed and reviewed later, the last of which was in the House of Representatives to pay the price for him and his ministry, which was finally settled in advance, so that the minister finds himself and his ministry in front of demands and restrictions that hinder his performance and his ministry. .

It is worth mentioning that, for similar situations, the implementation of the Education Fund Law was delayed for a whole year in the office of the Presidency.
