Yesterday, I went to the Central Prison for the purpose of submitting a request to one of my clients, an inmate of the prison, and I had to comply with the entry procedures, starting by registering my name and phone number and ending with the search, and then I went to the prison prosecutor, and in the meantime, I was summoned by the prison director called / Muhammad Al-Makhdhi, who asked him to inquire about my name and work. So I told him that and the purpose for which I came, and he asked me for a lawyer’s card, so I showed it to him to clarify my capacity according to the law.
And there was the shock, as he looked at me with contempt and blamed me on the pretext that I was Intisar Al Hammadi’s lawyer, and then he detained his lawyer’s card and threatened me not to go out and imprison me. Despite the call of the Central Prison Prosecutor, Mr. Ammar Al Hamzi, and his request to return my card to him twice, but he refused and grew up and intransigent until this moment.
Approximately two months ago, I was suspended from my work in the health insurance company that I work for by the named / Alaa Al-Din Yahya Muhammad Al-Mutawakil and the called / Hashem Abdullah Abdul-Wahhab Al-Shami, after she was taken into judicial custody by the Specialized Criminal Court on the pretext that I am Intisar Al Hammadi’s lawyer and threatened that I have a complete file in Security and intelligence because of the case of Intisar Al Hammadi…..etc.
This is in addition to the frequent and persistent threats
The important question that arises is why all this fear and terror about the case of Intisar Al Hammadi and her colleagues
The answer will be found in the case file!
