The Speaker of the Sana’a Parliament, Sheikh Yahya Al-Ra’i, warns Parliamentary Representative Ahmed Saif Hashid to stop critical writings on social media pages, unless he will withdraw his parliamentary immunity… From protecting his acquired constitutional rights, foremost of which is parliamentary immunity, how can he protect the civil liberties of the people as long as the freedom of the man of liberties in the House of Representatives is restricted…However, parliamentary immunity is unreliable and is not something of value…The integrity of Parliamentarian Ahmed Seif Hashid lies in the love of people And in his defense of their diminished liberties.
..all solidarity with the brave parliamentarian Ahmed Seif Hashid..we strongly condemn the violation of the constitutional rights of the most prominent man of freedoms in Sana’a Parliament, Judge Ahmed Seif Hashid.
